Andrea DiTullio represents clients in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate, with particular emphasis on complex trust and estate administrations and gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. Andrea’s practice focuses on preserving wealth for individuals and families though creative and comprehensive plans that address each client’s individual goals and needs with attention to income, estate, and property tax implications. In addition to the sophisticated tax aspects of estate planning, Andrea assists clients with their non-tax objectives such as allocation of family wealth, minimization of creditor exposure, centralization of asset management, and multi-generational continuity in the transfer and use of assets.
Andrea was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006, after obtaining her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She later went on to receive an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2010.
Andrea is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section and Taxation Section of the California Lawyers Association and is a Notary Public. Andrea is a bay area native, an avid local sports fan, and resides in Half Moon Bay with her family.
