Claire Sullivan is a partner at Delagnes, Linder & Duey, LLP. Claire advises clients on all aspects of estate planning and trust administration, including probate avoidance, intergenerational planning and income, property, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning. Claire works closely with her clients to prepare and implement estate planning strategies, carries out trust administrations and also regularly prepares gift and estate tax returns for her clients.
Claire attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco, received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and her J.D. accompanied by a Tax Law Certificate and LLM in Taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Claire was awarded the Andersen Tax Award from the Graduate Tax Program at the University of San Francisco for excellence in the tax curriculum with demonstrated commitment to the field of tax. Prior to joining Delagnes, Linder & Duey, LLP, Claire was an associate at Andersen Tax LLC specializing in private client services.
Claire is a member of the State Bar of California (admitted in 2013), the Olympic Club in San Francisco and ProVisors San Francisco 2.
