Elena Rowan received her B.A. in Political Science with an option in Legal Studies from California State University, Chico, where she also earned minors in Spanish and in Ethics, Justice, and Policy, along with a Paralegal Certificate. She previously worked as a paralegal in the East Bay, focusing on probate law, trust administration, and estate planning. Elena is also a commissioned California Notary Public.
